Ronald McDonald House Bristol provides free 'home away from home' accommodation for families with children at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. In 2013, the House helped 696 families stay close to their children in hospital.
Ronald McDonald House Bristol is run by a local charity. The House has all the comforts that you would expect to find in your own home and more. It has twenty one en suite bedrooms, three fully equipped kitchens, a dining room, a laundry room, two lounges, and a beautifully landscaped garden.
The communal nature of the facilities allows families who are going through a similar experience to meet and support each other, while the bedrooms are spacious enough to allow families to enjoy their privacy in comfort.
Bristol Royal Hospital for Children is the only dedicated children's hospital in the South West and is the regional centre for a wide range of specialist paediatric services.
