Give in Memory
We know that losing a loved one is devastating. There may come a point in time when you wish to remember that loved one by doing something in their memory.
If you are remembering a loved one by collecting donations in their memory, we hope it brings you some comfort to know that by supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities you will be helping us to keep even more families near their sick children in hospital.
You can remember a loved one in several ways, for example by taking part in an event or by raising money in their memory.
Take part in an event
You may wish to take part in an event such as a cycle or run. Our event section has lots of ideas for challenge events in which you can take part to remember a loved one.See our events
Raise money with an online donation page
Many of our supporters choose to set up an online donation page for anyone who finds it easier to donate this way, or who cannot attend the funeral. You can do this by setting up a Virgin Money Giving Someone Special page.Set up a page
We can provide you with free personalised envelopes for funeral collections. We will be able to claim Gift Aid on any eligible donations made through these envelopes, generating up to 25p extra for every £1 that is donated at no cost to you.
Information for funeral directors
We are aware that it is becoming ever more popular for families to request charity donations at a loved one’s funeral in lieu of flowers. If a family thinks of Ronald McDonald House Charities, we are always very grateful. Please contact us to ask for personalised envelopes for the funeral collection.
