Choose between the 10k or Half Marathon and take in views such as Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium, the award-winning Imperial War Museum and The Lowry.
Sunday 20th May 2018
The Great Manchester Run is returning to the city for 2018.
This year is a special one, as not only will you be running with tens of thousands of fellow runners but you will also be rubbing shoulders with Great Britain’s greatest athlete, Mo Farah in the 10k! Take on this incredible challenge and raise money to help us keep families close to their sick child.
This event is perfect for all athletic abilities, choose between the 10k or Half Marathon and take in scenic views such as Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium, the award-winning Imperial War Museum and The Lowry. If you’re an avid TV soap fan you’ll also run through the famous cobbles of Coronation Street’s new set.
Ronald McDonald Houses enable families to maintain a degree of normal life while their child is undergoing medical treatment in specialist children's hospitals across the UK. A Ronald McDonald House provides a welcoming home, eases a family's stress and anxiety, and reduces their financial burden. Thanks to supporters like you, we provide a safe place to stay for thousands of families each year, so they can stay close to their sick child.
