Challenge Events

If you’re looking for a unique way to raise funds for RMHC why not take part in a skydive, trek or cycle ride?

Get fit and cycle from London to Paris, walk the Great Wall of China or jump out of a plane from 3,000 feet!

We work with various events companies who specialise in organising events for charities. They offer a number of different ways in which you can raise money and have the experience of a lifetime!

Skydives

If you have ever wanted to do a parachute jump, here is your chance. Ronald McDonald House Charities are looking for hundreds of adventurous volunteers to make a fundraising parachute jump. There are three types of jump available:

• an Accelerated Free Fall where you can experience the thrill of skydiving solo from up to 12,000 feet
• a Tandem Skydive from 10,000 feet attached to a professional instructor
• a Static Line jump which is performed solo from up to 3,000 feet

You can jump from any of over twenty British Parachute Association approved airfields across the UK. No experience is necessary as all training is given and if you raise at least £360 (depending on the type of jump you choose) you will get to jump for free.
