The Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Truro, Cornwall was the third Family Room accommodation to open in the UK. The Family Rooms has six bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and serves the families of children receiving in-patient care at the Royal Cornwall Hospital.

The Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at Southampton opened in December 2000 and has six bedrooms, two family lounges, playroom and kitchen. The Family Rooms serve the families of children receiving in-patient care at Southampton General Hospital.
The Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at Bath Royal Hospital serve the families of children receiving in-patient care at the hospital. The Family Rooms opened in June 2001 and has eight bedrooms, four kitchens, bathrooms and two lounges.
The Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at Bath Children’s Injury Unit opened in November 2001 and has three bedrooms and a family lounge.
The Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Bristol opened in May 2000 and has nine bedrooms a kitchen and lounge. The Family Rooms serve the families of children receiving in-patient care at Frenchay Hospital.
The Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Children's Hospice South West, near Bristol opened in August 2007 and has eight bedrooms.
