RMHC Challenge Event 2010
Mount Snowdon Climb

Saturday 22nd May

This year’s RMHC Challenge Event will be the ascent of Mount Snowdon – the highest mountain in England and Wales - via the Pyg Track followed by a descent along the Llanberis path. ‘Style for Spring’ Fashion Show

London, Paris?  Sutton Coldfield is the place to be for the leading edge of fashion!  

The ‘Style for Spring’ Fashion Show will take place on Thursday, 4th March 2010, to raise valuable funds for the new Ronald McDonald House Birmingham.   Directed by leading Midlands hair stylist, Emma Steven, director of Lisa Shepherd Sutton, along with designer fashion store La Boutique,  the event takes place at the Ramada Hotel, Sutton Coldfield.   Shrug off the winter blues, come along to get great tips to look and feel great!  There will be makeovers, a fashion show, stalls and a fantastic three course meal.   All monies raised will be donated to  the new Ronald McDonald House at Birmingham Children's Hospital.    Hurry, tickets  are selling fast at £30, or £40 for special VIP tickets which include priority seating and exclusive goodies.    For further information or to purchase tickets please contact Bhavna Rana on 0121 253 3591 or by email at bhavna.rana@rmhc.org.uk.

RMH Brighton Golf Day: 27th April 2010

The first ever Golf Day in aid of RMH Brighton will be held at Westerham Gold Club, an 18-hole course with a par 72. The cost of entering the Golf Day is £320 per team of four people.  The day will include:

0800- Registration/bacon roll & coffee
0900- Start off 1st & 10th tee
1500- Drinks at the clubhouse
1545- Meal/raffle/auction
1800- Finish

Ronald McDonald House Oxford is now working in partnership with Event Aid UK to offer a wide range of fundraising opportunities to our supporters. There are events taking place throughout the year that groups or individuals can take part in to raise money for RMH Oxford. The McDonald's Charity Golf Day will be held at the Menzies Welcombe Golf Club, Stratford Upon Avon on Thursday 25th March 2010.

The day will comprise of:
• 10:00 - Bacon Roll, Tea & Coffee on arrival
• 11:00 - Teams of four playing 18 holes of golf (Stableford) Shotgun Start
• 18:30 - An evening meal with prize giving for competition winners

Golf Day in aid of RMH Oxford: 28th May 2010

McDonald's franchisees from the Oxford area are kindly organising a Golf Day in aid of RMH Oxford. The event will be held on the 28th May at Overstone Park Hotel, Golf and Leisure Resort. There will be bacon rolls and coffee on arrival, 18 holes of golf, a putting competition, 2-course dinner followed by an auction.

Celtic Manor Special: Monday 14th June 2010

2010 is a very special year for Ronald McDonald House, Bristol, as it introduces a one-off Golf Event at the prestigious and world famous Celtic Manor Resort in Newport.

The day will include 18 holes on The Twenty Ten only months before the course plays host to the world’s greatest golfers at The 2010 Ryder Cup. Guests will be provided brunch, as well as a buggy to drive around in comfort. They will then unwind over a 3-course dinner, with a prize presentation, a charity auction and much more. Preferential rates for accommodation will be offered to guests wishing to stay overnight at the 5 star Celtic Manor Resort Hotel.
