- Ronald McDonald House Guy's and St Thomas'

- The first Ronald McDonald House in the UK opened in June 1990. Eighteen families can be accommodated in comfortable family rooms with the use of self-catering kitchens, sitting rooms, laundry facilities, playroom and a peaceful garden. Most of the families that stay at the House have children receiving treatment at The Evelina Children’s Hospital at Guy’s. The Evelina Family Trust, which is a registered charity, manages the day-to-day running of the Ronald McDonald House and meets the ongoing cost of the House.
- Ronald McDonald House Alder Hey

- Ronald McDonald House at Alder Hey Hospital, Liverpool is the largest Ronald McDonald House in Europe. Opening with 26 bedrooms the House has expanded to now offer 69 bedrooms. There are plans for further rooms and full time family support worker. The Alder Hey Family House Trust, which is a registered charity, manages the day-to-day running of the Ronald McDonald House and meets the ongoing cost of the House.
- Ronald McDonald House Yorkhill

- Ronald McDonald House serving Yorkhill Hospital in Glasgow was the third to open in the UK in March 1996. The Hospital is Scotland’s largest children’s hospital and is one of Scotland’s leading centres for the care of women and children. RMHC contributed £500,000 towards the development of the House, which has 26 en-suite bedrooms, kitchens, lounges, playrooms and garden. Yorkhill Family House Ltd, which is a registered charity, manages the day-to-day running of the Ronald McDonald House and meets the ongoing cost of the House.
- Ronald McDonald House Brighton

- The fourth Ronald McDonald House in the UK opened in April 1999 serving the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Brighton. The House at Powis Villas closed and relocated to a new site at Glen Court in 2007when the Children's Hospital relocate.The day-to-day running and ongoing cost of the House is managed directly by RMHC.
- Ronald McDonald House Camberwell

- In a busy suburb of South East London lies King College Hospital and the fifth Ronald McDonald House, which opened in April 2000. Kings College Hospital is a major London teaching hospital known nationally and internationally for their work in liver disease and transplantation, foetal medicine, neurosciences, cardiology and haemo-oncology. The House has ten en-suite bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, lounge and garden. The day-to-day running and ongoing cost of the House is managed directly by RMHC.
- Ronald McDonald House Bristol

- Bristol Royal Hospital for Children is the only dedicated children's hospital in the South West and is the regional centre for a wide range of specialist paediatric services. The sixth Ronald McDonald House serving the hospital opened in November 2002. The House has 16 en-suite bedrooms, two of which have disabled access, three kitchens, a dining room, lounge and landscaped garden. A charity called Ronald McDonald House Bristol was set up to manage the day-to-day running and ongoing costs of the House are managed by the charity.
- Ronald McDonald House Basildon

- The seventh Ronald McDonald House to open in the UK in September 2005 was in Basildon Essex. The House has three family bedrooms and is adjacent to the Children’s Ward at Basildon Hospital in Essex. Staff at the children’s ward manages the House.
- Ronald McDonald House Tooting

- St George's Hospital in Tooting is one of the oldest hospitals in London, originally founded in 1733 and is the location for the eight Ronald McDonald House, which opened in December 2005. The House has eight ensuite bedrooms, sitting room, lounge, kitchen, play area and patio garden. A charity called Ronald McDonald House Tooting was set up to manage the day-to-day running and ongoing costs of the House are managed by the charity.
- Ronald McDonald House Southampton

- The ninth Ronald McDonald House opened in January 2006 in Southampton and has five ensuite bedrooms and serves the Wessex Cardiac Centre, which is the largest cardiac centre in the South West, treating 1,000 children a year. Wessex Cardiac Trust manages the day-to-day running of the House.
- Ronald McDonald House Northwick Park

- The tenth Ronald McDonald House opened in April 2006 and serves families with children in Northwick Park Hospital, Harrow.
- Ronald McDonald House Oxford

- The Ronald McDonald House at Oxford Children’s Hospital is the eleventh Ronald McDonald House to open in the UK.

- The twelfth Ronald McDonald House at the new Richard Desmond Children's Eye Centre at Moorfields Eye Hospital London opened on Wednesday 7th February 2007.
